These terms govern your use of utopia.vacations. By using the site you agree to them. Last updated: April 2026.
1. What Utopia Vacations is
Utopia Vacations is a travel-discovery service. We help you find vacation packages by chatting with an AI assistant. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or merchant of record. We do not sell flights, hotel rooms, or packaged tours directly.
2. Bookings happen with our travel partners
When you click a "View deal" link, you'll continue to a third-party travel partner's site (for example, Booking.com or Expedia) to complete your reservation. The booking, payment, customer support, and cancellation terms are between you and that partner. Utopia Vacations is not a party to that contract.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Utopia Vacations is a participant in affiliate programs with select travel partners. We may earn a commission when you book through links on our site, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the matches our AI assistant produces — packages are ranked by how well they fit the trip you described.
4. AI-generated content
Replies from the AI travel assistant are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. Pricing, availability, and trip details should always be confirmed on the travel partner's site before booking. We don't guarantee that a price or package shown here will still be available when you reach the partner.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Utopia Vacations to: send abusive or harmful content to the chat; scrape the site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; impersonate another person; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utopia Vacations disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory.
7. Limitation of liability
Utopia Vacations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which is zero.
